Our Point Of Difference

Unlike other stores, our appointments are extended to 90 minutes, allowing you ample time to discover the ideal dress. We are also the only ones to offer the flexibility of ARA Modulars in Australia, allowing brides to customize existing dress designs or build and visualize their unique creations right on their bodies.

You will also be working one-on-one with a qualified fashion designer. The patternmaking and sewing knowledge we have is incomparable with sales assistants in other stores. We value transparency and will be honest with you with what dress design is and isn't possible.

What is the average price of a custom made wedding dress?

Our custom-made dresses are priced in the range of $3,000 to $5,000, encompassing a comprehensive package that includes three fittings and all associated alterations. You read that right, this price range will be your final dress cost, including all alteration costs! Should you opt for a gown from our ready-made collection, note that both the pricing structure and the process remain consistent and unchanged.

How long is a consultation appointment?

Each of our appointments is thoughtfully allocated 90 minutes. Within this timeframe, most brides typically explore 2-5 sample dresses before transitioning into the creative process of crafting a custom silhouette using our ARA Modulars. Throughout these sessions, your dedicated bridal designer will collaborate closely with you to grasp your envisioned silhouette and design preferences. Our highly-trained professionals are committed to providing expert guidance and support within a timeframe that aligns with both your needs and comfort.

Do you have samples to try on instore?

We have a diverse selection of in-store samples available for you to try on during your visit. These samples are designed to accommodate a range of sizes, from 6 to 20. If your typical size falls outside of this range, there’s no need to be concerned. We offer an extensive array of ARA Modulars that can be utilized to build a dress tailored to your specific measurements. Our ARA Modular sizing options are exceptionally inclusive, spanning from size 4 to 28, ensuring that we have options available to suit every individual. Your perfect fit is our priority.

How many guests can I bring?

We recommend a maximum of four guests during your appointment. This limit is advised to maintain an efficient and focused consultation, as too many voices can slow down the process and potentially lead to confusion. Our seating arrangements typically accommodate 3-4 individuals comfortably. While you are welcome to bring as many guests as you prefer, please understand that exceeding this recommendation may impact our ability to provide our fullest attention and assistance.

I'm trying to lose weight! When is the latest I can book in?

We recommend that you schedule your initial consultation at your earliest convenience. After making the initial deposit, we will proceed to take your measurements approximately 5-6 months in advance of your wedding date. Subsequently, we will tailor and craft your dress according to these precise measurements, followed by two additional fittings to ensure an impeccable fit. Please be assured that your dress will undergo continued adjustments and fittings, with the final fitting taking place no later than four weeks prior to your wedding date, guaranteeing a flawless fit for the big day.
